Married students’ Apartments

UNITEN encourages life-long learning. If you are married with a family and choose to further your studies, make UNITEN your choice.

UNITEN provides accommodation not only for you, but also your family in a couple of blocks of 9-story half-furnished apartments. The apartments are furnished with one double bed, one single bed, kitchen cabinet, a sofa set, a dining table, a shoe rack and a cupboard.

If you have extra furniture and fittings, you will be allowed to bring them with no extra cost!

Having all facilities within the vincity of the campus, the university is also a green lung with a beautiful landscape which makes it a good place to live in.

The rental rate is at RM 725.00 which is very competitive compared to the apartments outside the campus.
